All products have passed strict inspection before they go out and also we will have a secondary inspection before shipping, which is one additional level of quality over and above what is done in the factory.

Yes. All products are the picture of material object.

3. Are your product defective or seconds?

All of the products sold at our website are the new and top quality merchandise. And all of our products are sold with original tags, serial code, shoe box and so on.

2. When will I receive my order?

Your order is shipped by international express, such as EMS. Orders should arrive to you in 7-11 business days from the date your order was shipped. In some cases, due to international customs it can take longer, please check with your local customs authorities to find out the time estimates for receiving international parcels. Delivery times may be longer during the January- February period. (*Estimated time only, may vary).in order to help you to tracking your order, we will offer the tracking number to you as soon as possible.

3. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. We guarantee the delivery for all orders, so you don't need to worry about the delivery.

1. Shipping timing and cost?

Orders should arrive in 7-11 business days from the date your order was shipped. Delivery times may be longer during the January- February period.

2. Is it safe to buy from your website?

All products have passed strict inspection before they go out and also we will have a secondary inspection before shipping, which is one additional level of quality over and above what is done in the factory.

(3) Your goods are packed carefully, and the packages are correctly labeled and accompanied by all the paperwork that's needed for smooth clearance through your country's customs.

(4) The information we collect from you is used only to process and ship your order. We are serious about protecting our customer's personal information. We will not sell, rent, trade or give away individual personally identifiable information entered on this site to any third party.

3. Policy of Refund, Maintenance and Replacement

We are committed to your complete satisfaction.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing. If you do not accept any of the following conditions please contact us to discuss your issue before ordering.

(1) Refund: We will issue you a FULL REFUND once we have received the product in question. However, you have to pay for the initial and return shipping charges. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post. Our website cannot accept refund for problems such as:

"I have changed my mind on this product."

"The product is not what I'd imagine it to be."

"I don't like this product after I have received it."

(2) Maintenance: We offer special promotional price for our products and they are special offers, so you need to ship them back to us directly to get your problem fixed.

(3) Wrong Size:

If you have ordered the incorrect size please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your goods for replacement. We will however ask that you cover the shipping cost of replacement. You will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

Please take the time to measure your size carefully and purchase.

(4) Wrong Color or Style

If we have supplied the incorrect color or style please contact us upon receiving your order for an immediate replacement.

(5) Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 5% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
